Worcester Wins . . . Maybe

Daily Worcesteria has some excellent, real time coverage of today's press conference announcing the rail track issue.

First - the train carrying the dignitaries did arrive into Boston on time.

Second - five new train trips will be added to the Worcester line this month, even if an agreement over the limited liability isn't reached with CSX. As one of the Daily Worcesteria posts noted this morning:
not a done deal

It’s important to note that this isn’t a done deal yet: the issue of liability, long a main sticking point, is still in play.

Wormtown Taxi also made some good observations.

OK - maybe Commute-a-holic and I got a bit too excited. I guess we're optimists at heart, hoping this deal happens.
